City receives 9 mm rainfall, forecast for drizzle

KARACHI: A short, but intense rain spell lashed all parts of city on Saturday morning, further dropping the temperature.

Met official said that old area near Karachi airport received 9 millimeters of rain, Gulistan-e-Jauher observatory recorded 7 mm and Airport 6.4 mm.

He said the city is likely to get light rain/drizzle in next 24 hours.
