Pakistan holds 48 Indian fishermen
KARACHI: Pakistan’s Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has arrested 48 Indian fishermen on board eight boats after they were found fishing in
Pakistan’s seas, Geo News reported.
The arrests were made late on Thursday night.
“ First the fishermen were interrogated and then later, were handed over to the Docks police” MSA spokesman confirmed.
It was the fourth such action by the MSA in September taking the total tally of such arrests to 94 with 24 boats to boot.
